In the frame of Éric Fassin‘s public lecture at UGhent, Friday, Nov. 7th, “Anti-Intellectualism and Academic Freedom: From Gender Ideology and Wokeness to Antisemitism”, we organise a specialized workshop for interested PhD researchers and MA students.

WhenThursday, Nov. 6th, 13.00 – 15.00

Where: Room 2.20 Blandijn, Blandijnberg 2, 9000 Gent

Current or aspiring researchers interested in the topics of anti-gender movements, right-wing thought, and the problematization of social justice, and gender and diversity values, are warmly invited to participate. The workshop is an excellent opportunity for students to discuss the above themes in relation to their own research interests and to meet colleagues who are working on similar topics. After registration, participants will receive preparatory readings.
